Dear Friends,
I am excited to let you know that beginning this Sunday, we will be spending the next 4 weeks looking at one of the most well-known prophets in the Old Testament, Jonah. Each week, we will be going through this interesting book of the Bible chapter by chapter. It is my hope that as we take a closer look at Jonah’s story, that we will discover new details and insights that we may have missed in previous readings.
As we prepare to worship together, I would like to let you know that the CDC and Marin Public Health Department are now recommending the use of KN-95 or N-95 masks over cloth masks. We will have a limited number of KN-95 masks available for free at the door as you come into worship but if you have your own, please bring it. Also, I want to let you know that we will continue to have fellowship time outdoors. That being said, if it is raining, we will not have fellowship time. While I know it can be frustrating to deal with these kinds of changes, I pray that we can all embrace them in the spirit of keeping one another safe and celebrating the fact that we are still able to gather in person.
Finally, please remember that if you are not feeling well, you can join us for worship online. My continued thanks to Jeff Brown and his volunteer tech team for making this form of worship available to us. Stay safe and well and I hope to see you in-person or online this weekend.
Blessings,
Luke
