Welcome to Mount Tamalpais UMC!
Our Belief
We believe that faith is a journey. In fact, we celebrate that life with God in Jesus Christ is an adventure! Jesus offers us a path for life in God that is rich and enlivening.
Our purpose is rooted in scripture, tradition, our individual lives and our engagement in the world. We love sharing that path with others!

đEngaging Faith Advent Studyđ

Tuesdays, December 2â23 | 10:30 AM â Noon | Connell Lounge
Step into the wonder of Advent with us as we journey through Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus by Andy Langford and Rev. Ann Langford Duncan. Rev. Ann, who serves right here in our Bay District at Burlingame UMC and is a dear friend of Pastor Luke, guides us through this thoughtful and hope-filled exploration of the season.
Each week invites us on a spiritual pilgrimage from Advent to Christmas through familiar Scriptures, heartfelt reflections, and sacred practices that open our hearts to the miracle of Christâs birth. Together weâll share conversation, insights from an engaging video series, and space to simply be, to pause, breathe, and receive the gift of Godâs love a new.
Whether this is your first Advent study or a beloved tradition, come as you are, come expectant, and come ready to be renewed.đ
